*Structured, systematic and target driven
*Knowledge to relevant Company requirements
*Good oral/written Norwegian and English (or at least English).

LIVING QUARTERS ENGINEER , OSLO, NORWAY - URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR AN INNOVATIVE INTERNATIONAL OPERATOR -MAY START -3.5 YEAR CONTRACT -EXCELLENT RATES OF PAY OVERVIEW Ensure that the EPC Contractor is in compliance with the FEED requirements and Company specifications, statutory requirements and applicable rules and regulations throughout detail engineering and construction phases RESPONSIBILITIES *Follow-up of EPC Contractor's Living Quarter (LQ) design, layout, construction, installation, furniture, material selection, colour setting and interior design *Ensure compliance with Company's and NORSOK requirements and specifications as established during FEED *Review of documentation as established during FEED *Review of EPC Contractor documents *Co-ordinate and follow up 3.party verification on LQ engineering *Co-ordinate and follow up related interfaces (HVAC, Electro, HSE, Instrument, Material, Structural and Operation) *Co-ordinate as liaise with other Company disciplines and Operations *Initiate and co-ordinate independent studies as required *Participate in HAZOPs and review meetings *Input to commissioning plans and participate in commissioning *Identification and handling of risks in layout design *Follow-up of LCI documentation *Contribute to a good working environment within Company EPC Contractor follow-up organisation *Perform work according to The client's expectations and in accordance with The client's governing documents *Site follow-up REQUIRED SKILLS *Experience from LQ follow-up work *Experience enough to be "self-going" in the daily follow-up of EPC contractor *Structured, systematic and target driven *Knowledge to relevant Company requirements *Good oral/written Norwegian and English (or at least English). *Good communication skills *Team player For more details please contact Simon Duff at Leap29 at sduff (at) leap29 (dot) com
