The Job:
Take a lead of company's construction sector and development of stores projects and maintenance with knowledge of planning and vast influence in the industry that facilitate proper management for speedy completion of construction and proper maintenance of the projects.
Summary:
It is a service-oriented job, require perfect planning, follow tight schedules and on-time delivery with professional approach in building techniques and infrastructural development. Working with architects, engineers and manage different levels of work force until the completion and delivery of the project and put them under proper maintenance.
Duties:
• He will be responsible to create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs in the most economical ways and make the best use of time.
• He will manage the new projects from leasing stage until opening the stores.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• He will be providing work direction for engineers, contractors and technicians responsible for construction, electrical and mechanical works.
• Responsible to manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Review and able to understand the plans and drawings and supervise the work progress at site.
• Effectively applies company methodology and enforces project standards based on the directions.
• He will be providing work directions to the project team and ensure federal regulations and company policies and procedures.
• He will be responsible for preparing schedules, controlling work progress to timely delivery the projects.
• Prepare status reports to successfully manage the projects, such as monthly progress analysis / schedules and control billing and payments to contractors.
• He has to play a vital support function in management by preparing and submitting periodical reports to higher management for execution of projects
• Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., accidents, delays, change orders).
Education:
• University degree or college diploma in the field of Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer knowledge with latest application concerning the field.
• Age between 33 and 38 years.
