1. Prepare Interior Designs as per client's requirements and accordingly, provide interior ideas and material suggestions.
2. Perform interior proposals for clients using CAD tools to final executable level of details such as ( flooring patterns, color schemes & material, interior elevation designs, reflected ceiling, bathrooms elevations, kitchen and/or other related requirements in order to have a complete data ( Dwgs, BOQ and Specs) to determine a proper work budget.
3. Advise client on interior design such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
4. Providing the dept. by a complete and classified data set that has been gathered from clients (for all basic, change orders and additional scope of work ) to ensure proper and accurate estimation of change Order issuance.
5. Complete coordination with design team members.
6. Help conducting feasibility studies for projects.
7. Considering materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiating project fees.
8. Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project.
9. Producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients.
10. Producing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and for approval.
11. Fulfill requested tasks by the Operations Manager and/or Dept. Head.
12. Perform necessary reports when needed.
