To manage and control the operations of Cylingas so that it achieves the strategic objectives of development, management and marketing of Cylingas services and products in UAE and International markets. To manage Cylingas as an independent profit centre and be responsible and accountable.
• Oversees and directs day to day Cylingas affairs in professional manner.
• Assumes Managing Directors responsibilities in his absence to conduct Company's routine business.
• Sets the profitability target for the company based on market intelligence, research and corporate Objectives.
• Ensures and coordinates preparation of new business development and investment proposal for management approval through Managing Director.
• Ensures the development and implementation of annual and mid term plans and budgets in line with the guidelines set by Board of directors, and Managing Director.
• Reviews operating budget and monitors the same regularly.
• Conducts strategic and tactical analysis related to company development, acquisition and new investments to maximise return on the capital investments and puts up to Managing Director for approval.
• Reports on a periodic basis, to the board of directors, corporate office on operating aspects of Cylingas through Managing Director of the Company.
• Ensures improvement in the profitability of the company.
• Periodically reviews the level of services provided by Cylingas and implements improvement plans whenever needed. Ensures improvement in services provided and customer satisfaction on a proactive basis.
• Implements performance monitoring systems and benchmarks for operating parameters for the company.
• Oversees the proper upkeep of all company assets and ensures effective management by adopting best practices in the trade.
• Interfaces with industry and ENOC management. .
• Ensures all the agreements and contracts are legally sound and in line with the law of the land. Identifies strategic alliances with service providers, local organisations and developers and oversees negotiations with them.
• Maintains an up to date position on market development trends.
• Ensures corporate governance is properly introduced and covers all areas of the business.
• Ensure development of personnel in the organisation and develop a well motivated team.
• Focal point for all Government, Municipalities communications on the local regulations and coordinates with all concerned in the Local and Federal authorities for smooth functioning of the company.
• Interacts and negotiates with the business associates existing and potential for successful business ventures.
